• Determine the expenses of ship repairs, estimates, subcontracts, procurements, and costing.
• Cultivate and build positive relationships with ship owners and customers.
• Oversee and collaborate with the operations team.
• Determine the approximate bid cost for project modules, ship changes, and repairs.
• Oversee the scope of work, project timeline, and tender documents for repairs.
• Compared to others, provide clients with the best cost.
• Prepare weekly and monthly updates for any vessels that are still work in progress.
• Deliver an estimated cost for repair based on scope of work lists to the ship owners.
• Carry out jobs tendering to the prospective contractors and identify & analyze contractors.
• Determine and negotiate pricing with the invoicing and contractors.
• Other ad hoc tasks may assign.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture.
• With 9-12 years of experience in commercial costing in Marine Industry for Ship Repairs.
• Excellent communication skills
