Overview:

• As an Associate Director, you will be in an exceptional role unlike elsewhere: one which truly aims and is designed to take already very strong performers to the next level of exceptional performance. Embark on your strategic journey to build, grow or manage a team and/or hold a significant role in the highly adept market management of your remit for EBC. • You will hold responsibility to tailor outcomes and shape strategy for yourself, team and EBC as a business with your regional clients. Use your passion for innovation to work intently with internal stakeholders and our Enablement function (talent engagement, marketing, data, research, client directors, training and development) that sets EBC uniquely apart to take already strong performers to exceptional performance levels whilst plunging yourself into our progressive ways of working, mastering our AI technology and state-of-the-art cloud-based CRM platform.

Experience and Qualifications:

• We are looking for an experienced, successful and entrepreneurial-minded executive recruiter who is well-regarded for the deep knowledge of your specialised recruitment domain, outstanding work ethics, collaborative nature and exceptional client delivery.
• You demonstrate emerging leadership qualities and superior fee generation abilities, speak knowledgably and passionately about your specialised recruitment market and most importantly, the opportunities and key current day levers therein.
• The ideal candidate should have at least 6 to 10 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Candidates with prior experience from recruitment agencies, in-house or RPO teams will be preferred.

Project Delivery

Manages multiple projects and teams to consistently deliver design and technical excellence that meet high quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will be expected to:

• Work with the Deputy Director (Resource Management) and Director Corporate Services for the administration of the grant calls as part of a “Grantor role” which include, but are not limited to:

* Grant issuance including preparing for roadshows, sending out emails to announce the grant call, ensuring all relevant documents such as grant info sheet, application form, budget template etc. are in place

* Post grant call closure matters such as performing completeness checks, collating all complete applications, organizing proposal review meetings, compiling evaluation scores, preparation of meeting agenda, slides and recording of minutes, grant outcome announcement, preparation of Letters of Award, reporting templates, budget schedules etc.

* Perform the role of “Officer-in-charge” for the Grant(s);

* Verify and monitor claims for grant expenses for the Grant.

· "Grantee" Grant management role - Work with colleagues and Principal Investigators (PIs) for pre-award and post award management of a full suite of Grants (from A*STAR, NRF, NMRC etc.) which include, but are not limited to:

• Liaising with funders and collaborating institutions on grant-related matters;
