Key Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate between customers, the factory, and ICS.
• Answer and respond to customer inquiries about shipping issues.
• Issue shipping certificates.
• Prepare outbound documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, insurance policies, and other certificates.
• Negotiate LC bank documentation, prepare, and check all shipping documents to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Maintain documentation related to shipping activities.
• Perform filing and scanning of documents.
• Handle repetitive tasks with precision.
• Ensure accurate provision of information in shipping systems.
• Provide general administrative support to departments.

• Minimum O-level/Business Studies or Logistics.
• IT savvy.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience.
• Experience with SAP and Oracle systems.
• Knowledge of PO, SO, DO, invoicing, PFI, invoice preparation, and L/C documentation.
• Team player with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to start work within short notice or immediately.

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Security System Service Provider
• Position Title: 3-month Accounts Assistant
• Working Location: East (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD2600
• Duration: 3 months contract

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Prepare and manage weekly and monthly invoicing for customers.
• Submit AR transactions through the customer online portal.
• Prepare monthly statements of accounts.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries.
• Handle staff reimbursements.
• Provide backup support to team members as needed.
• File and scan documents.
• Willing to take on additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
