• Identifies and prepares revenue and expenses variances report against budget for P&L analysis and review.
• Prepares GST reconciliation and GST F5 return to IRAS within deadline.

• Prepares and submit annual Statement Hotel Premises to IRAS for property tax assessment.
• Prepares statutory reports and meeting deadline for MSL and Auditors reporting.
• Keeps proper records of fixed assets register & ensures proper tagging of fixed assets.
• Ensures accurate posting of approved budget to accounting system.
• Assumes the duties and responsibilities of the Chief Cashier in the event of absence or leave.
• Assists Accountant in all areas of GL reporting.

Responsibilities

Clinical Board:

• Provide secretariat support for Clinical Board meetings.
• Compile papers and presentations for circulation to members.
• Attend meetings and record minutes.
• Submit minutes for review, amendment, and approval.
• Maintain a register of outstanding matters and engage stakeholders to ensure actions are taken.
• Research and draft strategic papers and presentations for the Clinical Board.

Strategic Committees:

• Provide secretariat support to strategic committees, including the Clinical Governance Committee, Clinical Services Development Committee, and Clinical Manpower Planning Committee.
• Lead the preparation of discussion papers and presentations.
• Provide administrative support, including managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and setting agendas.

Clinical Board Committees and Workgroups:

• Lead administrative support for committees and workgroups.
• Prepare discussion papers and presentations.
• Review and standardize administrative and clinical governance policies to ensure consistency in patient-centered and evidence-based care.

Project Management:

• Assist with special projects as directed by the Chair or Assistant Director.
• Develop and implement plans to meet project requirements.

Job Requirements:

Job Description:

• As the Manager of the Business Development & Project Management department, the primary responsibility is to lead the acutal opration and conduct effective information gathering and reporting fot Senior Managements to make appropriate decision to acquire new investment projects, primarily in Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Job Requirements:

• More than 3 years working exprience in a real estate development company based in or having a primary presence in the United States, Western Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan (Tokyo), or China (Shanghai, Beijing). "Real estate development company" here refers to companies dealing with all aspects of the development process, from upstream to downstream, including land acquisition, building construction and post-completion operations
• More than 3 years of practical experience in land acquisition for real estate development in major cities worldwide (any of the following; the United States, Western Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan (Tokyo and surrounding areas), and China (Shanghai, Beijing, and surrounding areas)), within a company or department engaged in real estate development.
• More than 3 years of practical experience in profit analysis and finance related to projects, as well as business risk analysis in a company or department engaged in real estate development.
• Ability to travel to Asian countries such as Indonesia, the Philippines, and India, with a frequency of approximately 2-3 times per month (3 days per trip).
