• Manage shipbuilding projects from construction to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
• Analyze workflows and implement best practices to streamline construction works, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Ensure the works are done within project budgets and identifying areas for cost savings while maintaining quality.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Identify potential risks in projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 5 year experience in shipbuilding (FPSO Construction) and marine operation will be advantageous
• Good planning,organization, control, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills

Essential Functions:

• To achieve smooth operations of all own and time charter vessels and provide highest quality to customers.
• Being person in charge for all operational matters on the handled ships.
• Carefully study all terms & conditions of the agreed contracts and taking care that all requirements are being followed and fulfilled.
• Voyage planning (calculating fuel consumption / cargo intake / port rotation / optimal sea route).
• Preparation of voyage orders for the ship.
• Sending agency appointments to the designated agents in the various ports.
• Coordinating cargo intake &bunker requirements together with captain of the ship.
• Appointing weather routing company to help fine-tune optimum sea route.
• Ordering bunkers which to be supplied at the designated port.
• Sending regular updates on ship’s estimated arrival / departure time to required parties (such as charterers, owners, agents).
• Supervising process of issuing freight invoices / paying & collecting hire / laytime calculations).
• Paying port disbursements and supervising finalization process.
• Approving cargo documentation and releasing same to relevant parties.
• Monitoring ship’s performance at sea.
• Arguing performance claims towards clients in case required.
• Data input into softmar and making sure all relevant information is constantly updated.
• Regular monitoring of the profit & loss calculation for each particular voyage.
• Claims handling in coordination with legal department.
• Checking finalized voyages and explaining profits & losses in detail.

• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
