• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Hygiene Manager or relevant job function in 5-star hotel or equivalent restaurant and production kitchen with large-scale automated food manufacturing operations.
• Experience in certification and accreditation of ISO22000:2018.
• Equip with SS583/ISO22000/HACCP/FSMS knowledge.
• Willing and able to perform shift work or flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Supports execution of relevant packaging projects for SEA under the guidance of the SEA Packaging Category Manager.

• Oversight of relevant packaging projects within SEA to ensure they are delivered as in accordance with market roadmaps.

• Identify any risks associated with delivering relevant packaging projects by leading resolution of critical issues impacting the projects and subsequently driving decisions to closure, escalating where appropriate.

• Support and report tracking, status and risks for relevant packaging projects

• Balancing cross-functional departments through partnering with key stakeholders that are working against the delivery of relevant packaging projects

• Ability to lead and influence project team members to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work; tries to resolve any issues/challenges directly with team members and escalates to management if needed.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, technical or packaging related discipline or minimum of 3 years in project management within the Food Service, QSR, Consumer Packaged Goods or Pharmaceutical industries.

• Minimum 3 years in packaging-related industry/discipline with demonstrated success in packaging.

• Lead and work on engagements relating to investigation, litigation support, and corporate compliance (e.g., anti-bribery and anti-corruption framework review).
• Review and ensure high-quality working approach and documentation in relation to engagements.
• Prepare client deliverables including presentation of findings.
• Actively train, coach, and contribute to the knowledge-sharing culture of the team.
• Liaise with client personnel, legal counsels, regulators, experts, etc.
• Engage and participate in business development and marketing efforts of the department and firm.
• Meet mandatory compliance, learning and other professional requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent; CPA, CA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Completed relevant professional accountancy or other financial qualifications (e.g., CFE, FFP, etc).
• Relevant experience and related skills acquired in forensic accounting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to analyse data, generate insights and construct solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
