• Candidates must possess a recognized degree in Accountancy and professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience.
• Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, auditing standards and accounting principles. Strong working knowledge of SFRS/IFRS and SSA/ISA.

MusArt Co-Create is a collaborative workspace catering to music and art professionals. Within our premises, we host the Kids' Philharmonic Orchestra (KPO), an exclusive orchestra for young musicians aged 6 to 17. These talented individuals have opportunities to showcase their skills through live concerts with a ticketed audience or professional livestream services facilitated by our in-house engineer and crew. MusArt Co-Create actively supports freelancers, private music, and art practitioners by providing dedicated workspaces, facilities, management support, and developmental strategies. We encourage these practitioners to establish their businesses within our dynamic space, fostering resource-sharing among diverse individuals and groups. The selected candidate for this position will also play a crucial role in operational tasks, including rehearsal preparation, maintenance of records for musical compositions and instruments, and overseeing the rental of studios and co-working spaces, among other operational responsibilities.

The Job:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling workspace bookings
• Liaise with parents, teachers, partners and stakeholders
• Develop and implement new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Drive new enrollment for students and music teachers through sales and marketing campaigns Manage budgets and invoicing
• Strive for outstanding customer service to cultivate lasting relationships and secure performance opportunities.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate assigned shift; conduct daily pre-operation meeting with staffs on duties

2. Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine cleaning using equipment & machinery

3. Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule

4. Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

5. Check on staff punctuality and discipline

6. Any other duties assigned by Superiors and Clients

Requirements

1. Able to work midnight shift

2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

3. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

4. Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients

5. At least 2 year’s experience in similar role in cleaning sector
