Responsibilities

• Prepares contracts using the company's format. Reviews and counters contracts from buyer/seller. Implements import, export and third-party contracts of petroleum and petrochemical products through preparation of required internal and external documents, and coordinates with all concerned parties thereby ensuring that an incoming shipment complies with internal requirements, operating standards, and relevant regulations
