Jobs Scope:

• Program Management: Understand the program in-depth, connect various business units, and identify new business opportunities.
• Customer Engagement: Conduct regular customer meetings, including weekly scorecard and quality discussions, monthly safety sessions, continuous improvement (CIP) sessions, project updates, KPI reviews, and strategic business reviews.
• Project Leadership: Lead or participate in CIP and ad hoc projects focusing on safety improvements, automation, process optimization, quality enhancements, productivity gains, data analytics, data visualization, storage models, freight consolidation, cross-border trucking, and network planning.
• Project Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of projects with timelines ranging from 6 months to 10 years.

Requirement:

To assist and support to GM, Network Planning & Strategic Development. The ideal candidate will be mainly responsible for managing the assigned lines through monitoring and assessing the existing network, as well as initiating and collaborating with Line management on service enhancements /modifications. • Conduct feasibility studies of new services and lead negotiation with potential partners on business collaborations, drafting agreements for new services.

• Perform profit and loss analysis to support network changes or new products. This involves the creation of proforma schedules, product costings, and contribution analysis on volume and revenue projections.
• Drive network research on maritime industry, economic conditions and business climates to assess market trends and review potential growth opportunities.
• Support internal stakeholders and external partners to communicate network & products updates to ensure the right cost is being forecasted and accounted for in the result.
• Maintain internal vessel fleet movement and cascading plan.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Graduated with a Bachelor degree in Maritime Business, Supply Chain Management, International Logistics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or any equivalent.
• Candidates with minimum 5 years of experience in Shipping field preferred.
• Resilient, self-motivated, result-driven, highly adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Outstanding communication skills, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Candidate needs to be effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as the position needs to frequently communicate with English or Chinese speaking associates both verbally and in writing whenever appropriate.

Primary Function :

• The primary function of the Manager, Regulatory Affairs (RA) is to act as the representative of the regulatory affairs organization from JAPAC for all aspects related to the assigned projects within the Neuroscience, Eye Care and Specialty therapeutic area.

Major Responsibilities:

• Supports JAPAC RA affiliates and Global RA in Marketing Authorization (MA) and clinical development related activities for the assigned projects.
