The Befrienders For Families (BFF), is a new programme that supports the safe preservation and reunific vulnerable children with their families.

As a Social Worker in the BFF team, you will be key in facilitating change and improving lives of our vulnerable children/youth and their families. As a member of Gracehaven Social Services Team, you are expected to provide effective Case Work Services for children, youth and their families. To partner with the different professionals to deliver high quality of care to meet the diverse needs of children and young persons entering the residential service.
