Job Description

• Responsible for classification of full set of accounts including Accounts Receivables and Payables, Inventories, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, etc
• Assisting on SAP and IT accounting system issues
• Hands-on role in formulating, reviewing and make improvements to current financial policies, procedures, internal controls, systems and updating SOP
• Supervise a team of Accounts Executives

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have supervisor experience ( at least 4 team member and above)
• SAP B1 and multi co. reporting exp. will be an added advantage
• Must have dealing with big 4 auditor experience
• Experience in manufacturing, construction or marine industry would be preferred
• Preferably staying in the West.

Working hours:

Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm (5 days work week)

• Creating and implementing comprehensive safety plans tailored to the specific tunnel project, aligning with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conducting regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Developing and delivering safety training programs for all tunnel workers, including emergency response procedures, hazard recognition, and personal protective equipment (PPE) use.
• Conducting regular safety inspections of the tunnel worksite, equipment, and personnel to identify and address safety hazards.

Requirements:

• Possess relevant Certificates (e.g. Advanced Certificate in WSH)
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in tunneling from construction industry
• Familiar with the statutory requirements related to WSH Act and other aspect of safety
