Continuous Improvement and Optimization:

Drive continuous improvement efforts and operational excellence initiatives.

Monitor and optimize performance to meet SLAs and KPIs, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain and update documentation for operational procedures, system configurations, and transition plans.

Generate and provide regular reports on operational performance, incidents, and compliance status.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Coordinate with Authority representatives, project teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and effective communication. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors involved in infrastructure operations and transformation.

• AWS administration proficiency
• Cloud Infra Knowledge (AWS)
• Service Management Framework (ITIL/ITSM) Proficiency
• Communication and Stakeholders Management Experiences
• Risk and Change Management Proficiency
• IM8 Policies proficiency
• Min 2 Years Exp
