Monday to Friday 0800 to 1630 hrs

Standard:

1. Sick leave
2. Annual leave
3. Weekends and public holidays are non-working days

There will be no overtime hours and no overtime pay

Cleaning duties at 2 office locations:

1. Admiralty Road West
2. Sembawang Wharves

• Applicant will have to undergo a pre-employment medical and security clearance
• Right to live and work in Singapore
• Resident of Sembawang, Woodlands, Admiralty, Yishun will be helpful

The Services required are set out as follows:

Management and update of the school website*

Management and update of e-Broadcast materials

School event photography and videography*

School event multimedia editor*

Assist with management of ICT inventory

Assist with PA and AVA management

Assist with deployment of devices (for mass events, MCCA, etc.)

Assist with loan of ICT equipment

Assist with provision of ICT services

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications and skills,

and preferably 1 year or more relevant experience in school or ICT-related

environment.

Qualifications:

 At least an ‘A’ level graduate; or

 At least a diploma holder in one of the local polytechnics; or

 At least an ITE graduate (or that of Higher Nitec)

Skills:

 Basic video editing (any suitable tool / software)

 Well-versed in MS Office

 Well-versed in Google

 Well-versed in Gmail

 Able to take videos using a video camera

 Able to take photographs using a DSLR
