Role Description

As the Middle Office Analyst, you will provide operational support to trading desks, maintain correct information in different internal systems and to deliver trade confirmation in a timely manner, provide investigation and resolution of trade confirmation with clients, prime brokers, company trading desks, support teams or vendors.

Other duties include:

• Trade booking and reconciliation.
• Contact point for trade capture issues with internal teams and clients.
• Maintain service delivery quality including accuracy and timeliness.
• Account data management and commission rate application.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or Math from an accredited University.

Job Purpose

• The primary focus of this position is to support and maintain the HRIS system in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. The HRIS Analyst will be the technical point of contact across multiple functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, implementation, system support, system releases and testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing business and data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS analyst also supports other technical projects as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Production Support: Provide support for all HR Systems, including researching and resolving issues, unexpected results or process flaws; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Understand both the strategic and functional intentions for the HRIS solutions.
• System Releases: Review, test and implement HRIS releases. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Document process and results.
• Implementation: Participate in future application implementation projects by providing support to requirement gathering and documentation, business process mapping and design, data conversions, system configurations, testing, deployment, cutover coordination, training and system post go live stabilization.
• Data Integrity: Evaluate data within the systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, security and data integrity. Engage with stakeholders to prioritize and act on resolving data integrity issues and opportunities for continuous improvements and global standardization for supported SAP SuccessFactors Modules.
