Job Scope:

• Review tender specifications / customers’ requirements and prepare process design
• Obtain quotation from vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
• Interact closely with vendors to understand new technologies and effective implementation of customer applications using vendor’s information
• Interact closely with customers on technical information and clarifications
• Prepare cost effective costings
• Prepare commercial & technical proposals with specifications for tender submissions
• Assist in preparation of drawings, technical data sheets and other documents for submission
• Follow up with customers on submitted proposal and potential opportunities
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and customers
• Review and verify project documents for completeness and compliance with contract requirements
• Communicate and nurture relationships with customers to drive repeat sales

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge or previous experience in automation process and systems is added advantage
• Knowledge and experience on pumps, motors, valves, piping, mechanical and electrical components is added advantage.
• Relevant project management / plant testing & commissioning experience will be an added advantage
• Self-starter, highly motivated, driven by excellence and diligence.

JOB SCOPE
Responsible for executing the company projects in building construction which covers.

• To review project specifications and technical clarifications
• To prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
• To carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• To supervise the construction works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• To target and ensure timely and smooth progress of works
• To ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
• To ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised by the respective Professional Bodies, professional institutions or BCA
• Minimum 5 years working experience in building construction
• Use of Autocad would be an advantage
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
