Working Location

• There is no need to report to our own office.

Working Time

• Part time. 1 day per week visiting client office. 4 to 8 hours per day. No overtime required.

Detailed Job Descriptions

• Experienced in Accounting-related work: Scanning, compiling and filing of documcents, Supporting our remote team to retrieve accounting document necessary for their work
• To support other non-HR or non Accounts matters, such as administrative work, participate in discussion
• We have a dedicated backend HR and Accounts teams to support our client. The time you spend in client office is likely to be 4 to 8 hours per week, and your role is to visit the client office once a week to handle outstanding HR/ Accounts-related matters not able to clear by our backend teams.
• Promptly address client queries

Rates

$20 per hour

Please note that this is a part time flexi working arrangement. The monthly salary put in this posting is an estimate prorated based on 176 hours.

Other Opportunities

• We do hire full time staff; you are expected to visit client office 1 day to 2 days typically, maximum 3 days a week; and you can work remotely on the rest of the week; no overtime is expected, or off day will be provided during peak period.

Job Responsibilities:

· Receive and review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization.
· Code and enter invoices into the accounting system.
· Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
· Prepare and process electronic payments or checks for approved invoices.
· Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve issues with vendors.
· Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
· Maintain relationships with vendors and respond to inquiries regarding payment status.

Job requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or Business Discipline or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking partners.
• Comfort with multi-tasking independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Website Management:

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce website(s).

· Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines (SEO).

· Regularly update product listings, images, and descriptions to accurately reflect inventory and promotions.

· Monitor website performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and bounce rates, and implement strategies to improve them.

Marketing:

· Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales through various channels such as email marketing, social media, and search engine marketing (SEM).

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, promotions, and advertisements tailored to the online audience.

Analytics and Reporting:

Working schedule & Salary package
