RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate accommodation and travel data for all WTT Event participants from the Online Entry System (OES) generating relevant reports for communication to stakeholders

3. Coordination of Players’ fines in cooperation with the WTT Finance Department.
4. Creation of WTT Series & Feeder Series events in the Admin Portal.

8. Coordinate research and reports for projects related to Event Services.

Essential:

• Degree or Diploma or equivalent professional qualification, or previous experience profit accountability, management of venue hire and Event Management, preferably within the hospitality, entertainment and events, or mall marketing industry.
• Target driven with a proven sales ability
• Has experience in planning and executing large-scale events of more than 500 pax per day.
• Ability to prioritise and plan workload efficiently, with a thorough and meticulous approach.
• A diplomatic person who is confident and effective at dealing with people at all levels inside and outside SRC.
• Articulate and persuasive speaker and writer.
• Highly organised and self-motivated person who can efficiently and effectively manage a wide range of tasks and objectives.
• Ability to work well under pressure and priorities tasks, as directed as well as using own initiative.
• May require occasionally to work on weekend and odd-hours for events, roadshow, etc
