Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company’s image and position within the industry.
• Create and manage publicity campaigns for clients, ensuring their events secure positive media coverage.
• Help clients pitch and secure media write-ups for their events, working closely with media outlets and influencers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Write and distribute press releases, organize media events, and secure media coverage for clients' events.
• Collaborate with event organizers to develop promotional strategies and ensure smooth execution of event promotions.
• Handle the operational and logistical aspects of events, ensuring seamless coordination with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage on-site event operations to ensure all aspects run smoothly, from set-up to post-event closure.
• Handle any public relations crises swiftly and professionally, ensuring the company’s and its clients’ reputations are protected.
• Prepare communication plans for potential issues and act as the company’s spokesperson when needed.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and event performance, adjusting PR strategies as needed to improve future outcomes.
• Provide reports and feedback to clients on the success of their media and publicity efforts.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year’ experience in a PR role, preferably within the events or entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of media relations and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description

1. Media Development

Assist teachers with development of media content

eg Powerpoints with video, instruction videos, video-editing for events, creation of podcast, recording and editing of audio files, etc.

2. Maintenance of IT/AV/Makerspace/Non-SSOE Equipment

Loan, manage inventory, maintenance and servicing of:

Microphones

Mobile PA system

School PA system

Non-SSOE Mobile devices (ie. iPads, tablets etc.)

- Charging and updating of apps

- Deployment of equipment to classrooms when required

Makerspace equipment (eg. 3D printer, 3D pen, etc)

3. Technical Assistance and expertise (Equipment-related)

Assist teachers in any technical-related matters (Example projector, visualizer and microphone issues)

Assist teachers in use of Chroma Key, Audio-Visual recording, etc.

Provide expertise and advice during Professional Sharing

Record user guides for AV equipment

4. Vendor liaison

Assist HOD ICT in sourcing for vendors for AV equipment, arrange demonstrations, etc

Suggest up-to-date AV solutions based on schools’ needs

5. Photography and Videography

Assist in taking photos and/or videos for school events

Basic photo and video editing as necessary

6. AV support for school-based events

Coordinate AV support structure to cover school events ie. Morning assemblies, Concerts, Examinations, sports carnival etc.

Essential Functions

· Utilize technical writing strategies to ensure content of documentation is clear, concise, and complete.

· Author and revise technical documentation including facility and equipment SOPs, batch records, specifications, and training documents.

· Author and manage change controls as necessary to implement new procedures as well as revisions to documentation and SOPs to facilitate launch of new products.

· Participate in process and equipment testing to learn systems being documented.

· Complete deviations, CAPAs, change controls, document revisions and training activities to meet quality system requirements and timelines.

· Coordinate with operations, R&D, and quality representatives to ensure all project documentation requirements are achieved.

· Must maintain operational compliance with US and international regulatory agencies and guidelines (i.e. FDA, EU, HC, TGA, PIC/S, ISO, USP, NRC, cGMP, etc.).

Requirements

· Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience required.

· 3 or more years of relevant experience required.

· Demonstrated understanding of GMP / cGMP regulations.

· Skill in communication, written and verbal with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.

· Proven time management skills and a strong attention to detail.

· Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.

· This role is crucial for translating a variety of complex technical events into clear, accurate, and robust investigations.

· The Deviation Writer will work closely with the Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Sciences and Technology, Supply Chain, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to create comprehensive investigations that leverage facts and data to support robust root cause conclusions, effective corrective actions, and systematic all-encompassing preventative actions.

· Understand, investigate, and author a variety of deviating conditions or nonconforming events across multiple technical departments, in alignment with Subject Matter Experts.

· Self-motivated to fact gather, analyze information, interpret data, utilize expertise from Subject Matter Experts, etc. in an effort to provide supportive evidence to the investigation and root cause.

· Experience utilizing a variety of analysis tools to support root cause identification; Ishikawa Fishbone, 5 Why, etc.

· Ability to critically think outside the box for robust corrective and preventative actions; leveraging automation and engineering controls to error-proof equipment and processes.

· Demonstrated ability to translate complex, technical processes and descriptions into simplified, understandable write ups.

· Eagerness to collaborate and partner with both internal and external stakeholders to comprehensively represent the facts of an investigation in a logical and presentable manner.

· Evaluating historical deviating conditions, adverse events, non-conformances, etc. in order to identify and prevent trends.

Special Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical discipline.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing within a regulated GMP environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries.

Additional Preferences:

· Proficient in writing clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation.

· Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.

· Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information to diverse audiences.

· Familiarity with documentation tools and electronic document management systems (EDMS).
