Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration is required. It is necessary to have PROVEN procurement experience in technical and maritime domains.
• Prior involvement with providers of LNG equipment and LNGC projects.
• Strong knowledge of market analysis, procurement strategies, and sourcing.

• Capabilities for team management and leadership
• English fluency and ability in both written and spoken forms IT expertise and familiarity with the necessary Microsoft Office software

Job Responsibilities

- Provide advice to internal stakeholders on all procurement-related matters and ensure they are compliant with Company Procurement Policy.

- Perform vendor screening, supply market research and analytical studies to identify and select potential suppliers to be added to the pre-approved vendor list.

- Prepare RFQ/Tender documents

- Review and evaluate quotations from vendor

Key Responsibilities/ Duties

• Process purchase requisition to PO timely and with accuracy.
• Lead the competitive sourcing process, initiation of RFI/RFQ/RFP, negotiation of commercial terms, preparation of analysis and reports.
• Analyse/evaluate the quotations (commercial terms -prices, delivery, payment term, etc)
• Follow up with suppliers to expedite and ensure that supplier On time Delivery & performance are met.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Preferred a Diploma of any discipline and minimum 2 years of related procurement experience.
