Responsibilities:

• Handling of parts ship back from other countries
• Send daily reports.
• Email to customer for part verification or clarification when necessary
• Deal with scrap vendor to arrange scraps parts item.
• Pack parts for delivery to Singapore HUB (APDC)
• Check physical part VS CID criteria picture requirement.
• Fetch every single item to correct disposition.
• Deal with inhouse system and Ireturn system.
• To standby for OT if there’s huge shipment back to Singapore at month end.
• To learn in/out bound as backup
• Other ad-hoc operation duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Minimum N level
2. Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operation
3. Able to read, write and communicate in English.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
5. Physical healthy and able to carry heavy parts (parts could be dirty or dusty)
6. Able to work independently and as a team to support each other.

Primary Objective(s) of Position

• Responsible for warehouse inventory management

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle day to day inventory responsibilities
• Oversee the flow of inventory in and out of a warehouse
• Prepare and maintain inventory records for all accounts
• Perform timely updates of stock movements into WMS
• Perform Ad hoc cycle count for various accounts
• Provide weekly/monthly stock count update
• Provide weekly/monthly Warehouse Space Utilization Reports
• Training and mentoring of inventory team
• Support export/local delivery/stock transfer shipment preparation and loading
• Work with internal customers and other members of the warehouse on all inventory related matters
• Responsible for the analysis and investigation of inventory discrepancies and special processes
• Responsible for warehouse stock accuracy Key Performance Indicator
• Coordinate disposal management.
• Prepare pick list and liaise with WH and vendor & customer to ensure smooth and accurate disposal

Skills & Experiences

• Minimum an "N" Levels certification
• Possessing a valid Forklift License would be advantageous
• 2 – 3 years of working experience would be advantageous
• Knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Excel, Words and Outlook)
