• Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities in the Company.

• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policy and procedure.

• Review, manage and improve procurement processes in accordance with company standards.

• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentations.

• Prepare regular reports, cost and performance metrics for management review.

• Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Any other ad hoc duties/responsibilities assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

• 5 years procurement experience, preferable in automotive industry.

• Strong communication and negotiation skill.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP experience.
