Job description:
- Equipment Maintenance
- Create and update equipment card, service contracts, service calls in SAP system.
- Extract monthly report of expiring preventive maintenance contracts and send email reminder to users
- Check, sort and process invoices and verify them against SAP system.
- Request and ensure new vendors fill up the - Vendor Registration form before sharing details with Accounts Assistant to create accounts in the SAP system for new vendors.
- Purchase order processing
- Review purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy
Requirements:
- Min 1 to 2 years exp in procurement / order processing / supply chain / customer service
- Able to commit for 1 year
