The Warehouse Operations Associate will be the key contact point of inbound sales, which involves orders processing, coordinating deliveries, inventory and sales orders analysis/reporting.

Job description:

· Waving orders daily, ensuring all orders are checked and handed over to 3PL within SLA.

· Handle the Scale Inventory system, ensuring that the physical stock and records in the system are accounted for, and undertake investigation when there are discrepancies, when necessary.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing of daily store operation
• Maintain accurate inventory control records and ensure efficient storing and distributing of Inventory
• Coordinates daily activities on receiving and dispatch of goods
• Conduct daily housekeeping to ensure store is neat, tidy and clean
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative solutions
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ level, NITEC or Certificate / Diploma in Logistic, Supply Chain Management or any related field
• At least 2 years of Warehouse & Logistics operation experience
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
