· Perform store activities that includes ordering, receiving, issuing, inventory counting, housekeeping, data entry and preparing reports

· Responsible for effective operation of all warehouse activities

· Requirements to follow the proper component handling procedures

· Move & deliver stocks around by provided trolleys

· Carry out inventory cycle count as and when required to

· Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency, where daily housekeeping is mandatory

Job Requirements:

· Min. 1-3 Years of experience as Warehouse Assistant

· Self-driven personality, attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

· Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and priorities work.

· Physically fit

Class 3 Driving License will be an added advantage

Job Description & Requirements

• Assist the supervisor in day-to-day tasks
• Perform all other duties assigned by the supervisor and/or management in an efficient manner
• Operate forklift for organizing and storage of inventory
• Perform receiving, checking, counting and storing of goods in assigned location
• Assist in stock take and cycle count / Annual stock take
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of Store / Workshop
• Perform sales of spare parts to customers

Overseeing shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse and creating shipment schedules.

1) Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain good housekeeping.

2) To lead a sales team in daily operations.

3) Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standard and guidelines.

4) Plan warehouse operations

5) Prepare inventory reports and participate in stock count.

6) Any other ad hoc duties as assigned, example attend sales , billing & etc

7) To ensure all cargo are undamaged during any load/unload/stuffing/un-stuffing

8) To operate forklift ( if required ) as per industrial safety standard when receiving, storing, relocating and retrieving cargo from/to warehouse

9) To ensure all safety standards and measures stated by the company are being practice when carrying out delivery/load/unload of cargo

10) To maintain and update SOPs when necessary

11) Responsible for the warehouse inventory management control

12) Any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Issuing and Receiving parts to and from vendors

- Check stock accuracy received from Production

- Liaise with buyer for Purchase order for parts to be issue to Vendors

- Contact Vendors for parts collection.

- Perform system transaction in ITS and SAP

- Receive parts from vendors

- Check stock accuracy received.

- Perform system transactions in ITS and SAP

-Perform Good receiving for indirect purchases in SAP.

-Check stock accuracy received from suppliers

-Coordinate with requestor on the collection

Packing and shipment

-Perform packing for Finished good delivery

-Paste carton labels and palletization

-Cargo loading and unloading

-Assist to issue and collection parts to/from 15KT Factory and 48KT factory

-Assist on raw materials issuing and receiving.

-Assist on delivery to customers.

-Other tasks assigned by Supervisor

-Ensure parts are always kept properly and store in good housekeeping.

-Ensure all other equipment are kept properly after used.
