The Central Compliance team apply specialist knowledge to support management of compliance risk regionally, through applicable controls, training, policies and procedures on a cross-divisional basis. The SG Country Compliance team apply specialist local regulatory knowledge to support management of compliance risk arising at a country level. Key Responsibilities

What would be a day @ ABCC look like:-

● Conduct comprehensive and meticulous KYC Maker reviews in accordance with the Know Your Customer Investigation Procedure

● Support in the end-to-end onboarding of all customer categories, from their request to open an account, through KYC, until they are verified, approved and receive access to the platform

● Analyse, source and verify the accuracy, completeness and sensibility of information across the Onboarding spectrum, identifying, and rectifying any discrepancies

● Collaborate closely with colleagues in the Compliance team to provide feedback on identified issues and assist in resolving complex KYC cases

● Ensure all existing customers are monitored and up to date with the latest Compliance, AML & Due Diligence policy requirements, and remediate accounts when needed

The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and Certification from ACAMS or ICA.

Job Description

• Supporting the Regional Head in evaluating the current state, setting objectives, and implementing strategies. Through the introduction of innovative work methodologies and collaboration with regional stakeholders, you aim to elevate the customs setup in the APAC region into a trusted and proactive function that enhances business value.
• Identify and communicate customs-related risks and opportunities to the Head of Customs APAC, peers in the Group Customs team, and other stakeholders in the region.
• Collaborate with the regional Head and the entire customs community to develop, roll out, and maintain a customs governance framework, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and sustainability in customs compliance across the region and beyond.
• Conduct customs-specific training in collaboration with the Global Knowledge Manager, adhere to legislation and authorities, and implement measures to enhance performance and compliance across operational teams, shared service centers, and third-party service providers.
• Address customs-related requests with timely and detailed work plans, resource schedules, project estimates, and status reports.
• Develop and nurture relationships with regional customs and regulatory authorities, provide advice on customs procedures to reduce duty obligations, prepare assessments and reports, monitor legal developments, and participate in customs audits as needed.

Requirement.

• Minimum University degree within business/finance/informatics or an interdisciplinary education, such as international business law or business informatics.
• You have gained corporate experience within customs/taxes/controlling or finance or have been working for a multinational business advisory company in the area of customs.
• You are familiar with Free Trade Agreements and their application in Asia

Who we are looking for

A Compliance Senior Manager who will act as Deputy MLRO for Atlas Group of companies and support the Atlas Group Head of Compliance on the following:

▪ manage the Trustbox FA operational compliance and reporting

▪ manage Hugosave Standard Operating Guidelines which include customer onboarding and

monitor, identify and investigate fraudulent activities on our platform

▪ managing group policies on behalf of the Head of Compliance

▪ managing the Regulatory Radar on behalf of the Head of Compliance, conducting the initial

impact assessment for each new regulation and consultation paper

The role would report to the Atlas Group Head of Compliance and work closely with the cross-functional teams.
