Coffee Quality Assessment:

• Observe, measure, and record key aspects of coffee quality, including colour, moisture content, green coffee odour, roasting details, and other required information.
• Cup coffees using agreed-upon protocols and accurately capture results.
• Consistently maintain a high level of hygiene when handling or tasting coffee.
• Work closely with Quality Control departments worldwide
• Set up routine cupping according to established standards
• Monitor and report coffee sample inventory to avoid waste and losses.
• Maintain the sample room with a high level of organization and cleanliness, observing all safety protocol
• Collaborate with production plant/production team on green coffee demands and maintain quality standards
• Work closely with the team to understand and meet the demand and needs for green coffee coverage

Requirements:

• Strong interest in producing high quality, organically grown coffee
• Knowledge of Coffee Roasting and cupping
• Proficient in cupping and tasting coffee to assess quality
• Team player with a hands-on attitude.
