• Liaise with internal and external parties in order to resolve documentation issues;

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above(Finance, Economics accounting or related majors) with more than 2 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong financial, analytical and credit management skill
• If the applicant has Non Performance Loan management /collection work experience or Collateral Management work experience is preferred.
• Experience in credit risk management ,Review facility documentations and/ or Collateral Management will be an advantage.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese is required as incumbent is required to liase with Chinese counterparts from Head Office.

• Managing of all direct & indirect material inventory to ensure sufficient supply at all times.
• Coordinate warehouse activities such as distribution, issuance and receipt of cargoes of different temperature.
• Ensure all stocks are being stored at the right temperature and place.
• Monitor and Control material usage and ensure FIFO and ensure no supply issue at all times.
• Liaise with Purchaser & Quality team on any item quality issue to rectify and prevent supply shortage issue.
• Investigate any inventory discrepancies, reconcile all inventory reports and highlight all issues/findings for management review.
• Organize and conduct regular stock take in different locations to ensure stock accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of all locations and prepare regular inventory reports in an orderly and timely manner.
• Control all key items delivery daily and ensure to maintain safety stock and prevent over stocking.
• Responsible for stocks return, exchange and stocks adjustment functions.
• Address issues promptly, maintain operational standards, and enhance processes for optimal efficiency.
• Timely report and submit the KPI reports to the Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent education.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in a food / beverage manufacturing environment.
• Organized, structured, analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Good communication skills and able to work well with staff from all level.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.

8. Managing all documentation related to ISO 9001 and GMP are up to date.

Quality Inspection:

- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles undergoing maintenance and repair in the workshop.

- Examine completed work to ensure it meets BMW's quality standards and specifications.

- Verify that all repairs are performed in accordance with repair orders and guidelines.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a technician or quality control technician in an automotive workshop

- In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, components, and repair procedures
