Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop daily production plans and develop Oils Planning strategy for major Turnaround.
• Oversee execution of production plans through close coordination with Operations and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with feedstock and supply teams to ensure timely feedstock discharges and product loadings.
• Maximize refinery HVP (High Value Product) yield through blending optimization.
• Maximise revenue through proactively identifying, evaluating, and implementing optimisation opportunities
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address and resolve quality or plant issues promptly, while ensuring safe operations.
• Identify and address gaps in planning and production processes, and product qualities

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering
• At least 3 years’ experience in petrochemical or oil refinery industry. Fresh graduates may be considered, and relevant training will be provided.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and inter-personal skills.
• Experience with workflow automation, data visualisation, or scheduling software will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and execute projects and tasks based on the objective set by Management.
• Solve and prevent problem occurrence and to increase customer satisfaction on Product Quality.
• Perform quality, env. and water efficiency system maintenance in the company.
• Support in maintaining & upkeep ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF1694, ISO 17025 and ISO 13485 and ISO 46001 in the company.
• Understand company’s Quality, Env., Water Efficiency and OH&S Policy and Objectives, Env. aspects and impacts, Safety news, Safety risk assessment, Information Security risks, etc.
• Perform internal QEMS and WEMS audit and coordination with internal dept for external QEMS and WEMS audit, provide support for customer audit and perform vendor audit.
• Monitoring production dept. quality failure cost.
• Perform calibration & maintenance of x-ray machine, ensure good housekeeping of X-ray equipment’s area and update monthly schedule report of x-ray machine.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experiences in engineering or quality assurance field.
• Preferably with experience in supplier management and product qualification.
• Strong understanding of automotive 5 core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC) and good working knowledge of Minitab or JMP application will be added advantage.
• Good knowledge of 8D problem solving tools (Fishbone diagram, 5-Why, etc.) is preferred.

7.50am to 4.55pm
