Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle day to day inventory responsibilities
• Oversee the flow of inventory in and out of a warehouse
• Prepare and maintain inventory records for all accounts
• Perform timely updates of stock movements into WMS
• Perform Ad hoc cycle count for various accounts
• Provide weekly/monthly stock count update
• Provide weekly/monthly Warehouse Space Utilization Reports
• Training and mentoring of inventory team
• Support export/local delivery/stock transfer shipment preparation and loading
• Work with internal customers and other members of the warehouse on all inventory related matters
• Responsible for the analysis and investigation of inventory discrepancies and special processes
• Responsible for warehouse stock accuracy Key Performance Indicator
• Coordinate disposal management.
• Prepare pick list and liaise with WH and vendor & customer to ensure smooth and accurate disposal

Skills & Experiences

• Minimum an "N" Levels certification
• Possessing a valid Forklift License would be advantageous
• 2 – 3 years of working experience would be advantageous
• Knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Excel, Words and Outlook)

1. He/she shall be assisting the QC Technician / Operation Executive in implementing all required inspection tasks undertaken by the quality control department. He/she shall report and reject all irregularities or non-conformance prescribed specifications and quality standards as specified to the QC Technician / Operation Executive.

2. He/she shall assist the QC Technician / Operation Executive in ensuring that all the products received from the suppliers according to data sheets, and document results are properly and adequately inspected and to provide to the suppliers with regular quality information. He/she shall assist the QC Technician / Operation Executive in conducting quality criteria inspection of all new products.

3. He/she shall make recommendations to the QC Technician / Operation Executive if there is any dispute to the quality control and assurance standards implemented. He/she shall assist the QC Technician / Operation Executive periodically in evaluating and reviewing the quality control and assurance standards to ensure utmost appropriateness and compatibility to national/industrial standards.

4. He/she shall handle and inspect the daily in-coming goods and tally against ACEZ P.O. and Supplier D.O./invoice to comply with specification requirements. He/she shall comply with QC-sampling inspection technique for those which received in quantities more than 50 in numbers.

5. He shall do accurate transfer of items from one warehouse to another in ERP accordingly and assign serial number in ERP, if necessary.

6. He shall carry out basic product demonstration to walk-in customer if necessary.

7. He/she shall inform to purchaser/sales PIC if any immediate discrepancies found in respective in-coming shipment.

8. He/she shall raise a non-conformance report / GRR to the respective goods, which are having discrepancy and not compliance with specifications/ requirements.

9. He/she shall program the transmitters, controllers and indicators with respect to the customer requirements and outgoing delivery order requirements.

10. He/she shall perform detailed Q.C. Inspection on ACEZ assembled products with respect to the outgoing inspection procedure and criteria.

11. He/she shall raise a GRR and assist to evaluate the customer returned / rejected goods / repair & service items.

12. He/she shall issue the certificate of compliance to the goods as per delivery order requirements.

13. He/she shall carryout the in-house calibration for listed QC instruments and updates master records, also periodic maintenance to the QC tools and instruments.

14. He/she shall ensure that a high standard of Quality Control procedures/ISO 9001 documentation are measured, implemented and maintained for the image of the company.

15. He/she shall assist the QC Technician / Operation Executive in the preparation of the quality control reports.

16. He/she is to perform work related duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major 3 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.

• 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.

Purpose

• To lead and manage Site validation activities (as assigned) to ensure that validations are in compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and cGMP expectations.
• To provide QA compliance oversight over IT and Technical Services (as assigned)

Key Responsibilities Area

Ensure site validation activities are compliant with Site procedures, regulatory requirements, and cGMP expectations:

• Author and maintain the quality system SOPs for validation.
• Define validation approach that is technically sound and are compliant.
• Author Validation Plans and Reports, including Continuous Validation Plan
• Review and approve validation deliverables
• Provide solutions to achieve validation requirements
• Collaborate with Operations to define the validation schedule and support the timely completion of activities as per schedule
• Drive efficiency, improvement and robustness in site validation systems and processes.
• Be the link with Global Validation for technical information, and standards roll out
• Assess impact to validation and validation status during change management, and define appropriate validation requirements and approach to maintain validated status of systems
• Assess impact to validation for incidents/deviations and ensure appropriate CAPAs are in-place to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Perform Periodic Review and prepare the review report for systems and processes.
• Oversee Periodic requalification and Continued process verification to maintain the validated status of systems and processes.
• Conduct GSK internal audits and front as SME in external regulatory inspections.
• Provide support for all activities related to GPS (e.g. Tiers, Gemba, DMAIC etc) for continuous improvement.

Provide QA Oversight to IT operations in areas of:

• QA consultation to review and approve SOPs

• Interact with TS personnel in day-to-day operations to ensure cGMP compliance
• Be the QA approver for TS activities including but not limited to LSOPs, Deviation/Event, CAPAs, Change Controls, and Quality Tag-Outs

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Min bachelor's degree in industrial biotechnology or engineering
• Min 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Min 5 years of experience in quality assurance and validation.
• A good understanding of cGMP regulatory and legal requirements as applied to quality assurance and validation of pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Good understanding of regulatory inspection requirement
• A good working knowledge of validation, preferably with hands-on experience
• Computer skills in MS Office and familiar with web-based e-learning resources

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor a robust credit control system in collaboration with Company sales and marketing, finance and executive team members.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the Risk and Compliance team, you will be integral in working with relevant stakeholders to support the organization in developing and implementing the overall risk management strategy and related initiatives as well as ensuring compliance to regulations and internal policies.
