Operation Assistant (Store & QC)

• Salary: $2200 - $2500
• Working days: 5.5days
• Working hours: Mon – Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm; Sat: 8.30am to 12.45pm

Store

• Responsible for the day to day store operations.
• Maintain an effective control system to ensure smooth flow of tools/materials.
• Maintain proper records of all items received and issues.
• Timely compilation of necessary reports.
• Provide proper labeling for new items.
• Close inventory and prepare closing and transaction reports at the end of the month.
• Handle the returned tools/materials from shipping division to stock-room.
• Ensure proper layout and easy access of stocks in the store.
• Perform stock counts and updates stock card periodically.
• Ensure high standard of security in the store and receiving section.
• Raise discrepancy report when necessary.
• Follow up on shortage report.
• Replenish stock when necessary.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and overall maintenance of the store and equipment.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the immediate superior or the management.

QC

• Perform QC Inspection (for in-coming, in-process or out-going) as outlined in the Quality Plan, work instructions and/or procedures.
• Ensure quality meets the specifications and requirements (e.g. inspect supplied products and ensure conformity as per our said requirements and/or purchasing specifications).
• Support daily business operations of warehouse.
• Managing incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Checking, inspecting, photo taking of goods received and ensuring the quantity are accurate.
• Involve daily operations to pick, pack, receive, wrap, seal, label, and issue of goods.
• Perform stock taking accurately.
• Basic housekeeping duties.
• Any ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by Managers.
