Job Description

• Subject matter expert in SAP ECC application, main contact for plant SAP ECC users.
• Provide coaching support and conduct End-user training for the Document Management System.
• Business admin role in plant document control function, main contact for plant ECRO project.
• Handle Quality System document control handling per procedure.
• Provide document and record retention support to QA department including central record filing for the plant such as Process Validation, ACR, ERF, CRF, SCN, Deviation and Supplier Audit Report etc.

Position Purpose

Within the Asia Pacific CIB IT & Operations organization, the Regional OPC (Operational Permanent Control) team for Corporate Banking Operations is under the management of the Head of Conduct & Controls and works in close relationship with the Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist to implement and maintain the firm’s Compliance Program, including policies and procedures.
• Prepare and deliver Compliance training addressing employee needs and Compliance requirements as well as enhancing employee awareness and knowledge of regulatory requirements and sensitivities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Customer AML/KYC CDD review for high risk and medium risk on deposit account holders including new or existing individual and entity customers.

- Review transaction monitoring alerts for plausibility/suspicion and documentation of its results.

- Periodic quality assurance testing on disposition of real-time transactions’ sanctions & related screening alerts & deliver its results for review.

- Assist in RFI (request for info) correspondence with internal or external stakeholders.

Job Purpose/ Overview
Responsible for overseeing our Region Corporate Management, Legal & Compliance. This team requires to work not only for our group companies in Singapore, but also group companies in Southeast Asia and Oceania.
Responsible for corporate management related matters in our company, which is one of the companies under Region Corporate Management while plays its regional office role.

Duties and Responsibilities
I: Corporate Management and Governance:
1. Governance over Group Companies:
• The team is responsible to establish/revise of the group company management guidelines continuously, including but not limited to change of law, headquarters regulation change.
• Conduct regular checking with the group companies to ensure their operations and management system are conducted upon referring to the group management guidelines.
• Ensure that the group approval system is followed by the group companies and its adoption for respective material business matters (e.g., Change of directors, investment, dividend arrangement, etc.).
• Responsible for updating/managing business profile of group companies.

2. Monitoring on Group Companies:
• Establish/Indicate procedures for periodically checking and reporting on the group of companies’ business operations (i.e. Organization charts, headcount report etc.) and financial performance and ensuring that it is in line with approved Business Plan.
• Establish/ Clarify the procedures of their reports, follow up with group of companies if detected their financial and non-financial performances are deviated from Business Plan.

3. Budgeting/ Financial Performance:
• Be responsible for preparing and verifying the Budget and forecast and cost allocation of each department/ division.
• Monitor financial performance. (i.e. Budget vs Actual, dedicated project cost control, and Balance Sheet etc.).

1. Maintenance of Internal Rules and Policies:
• The team is responsible for ensuring and confirming that all important internal rules of the Group have been prepared and adherence to group policies, regulatory requirements, industry standard and ethical practices within the region.
• Execute policies implementation, governance, and compliance activities in our company with superior include establishing disciplinary measures to prevent future compliance breaches, where appropriate.
• The notification point of policy/ rules changes at headquarters to a group companies.
• Recommend changes to processes/ procedures and alert management to potential risks that might arise.

3. Legal Management:

• Negotiating, drafting, reviewing contracts and other legal documents.
• Safeguard post-signature tracking and ensure proper filing.

Job Requirement

- 5 years of experience in corporate role, legal & compliance governance
