Quality Assurance – Scope covers Singapore, Malaysia and RDC

• Process and report product complaints and deviations onto Trackwise Support principal release of products received inbound at RDC and outbound to SG and MY
• Support qualification and maintenance of third party vendors in an approved audit status • Compile and update training manuals, undertake induction training and refresher training related to QMS for local affiliate staff
• Ensure all new hires and relevant trainings for current employees are completed via PATH Learning Management System
• Perform Quality and compliance specific tasks including, but not limited to processing product complaints, review of information about secondary packaging/redressing, ensure proper labelling of products at the distributor, and product recall coordination.
• Participate in the creation/update of local SOPs to reflect local practices in accordance with Corporate Policies and SOPs
• Supporting Implementing and maintaining the QMS to ensure that required processes are established Maintenance, analysis and reporting of Quality KPIs on Smart Cockpit
• Ensure local repackaging of products is performed in accordance with specifications and required licenses
• Support local and globally driven initiatives in compliance with local regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy or Life Science
• Minimum 3-5 years of Quality Assurance experience in the medical devices/pharmaceutical/cosmetic industry, preferably with some Pharmacovigilance experience
• Business level English (written and spoken)
• Experience in cosmetics, prescription, OTC and medical devices products

Responsibilities

• Drives electrical equipment supplier quality improvement initiatives, supports supplier selection for the region and conducts supplier audits.
• Leads part qualification processes through implementation of product quality plans, equipment inspections, factory witness testing, and manufacturing process qualifications.
• Assesses equipment quality and manufacturing processes to ensure suppliers meet Microsoft capabilities and requirements, address non-conformances, mitigate escaping defects that may impact sites, and develop critical supplier engagement strategies to proactively address gaps.
• Performs root cause analysis of equipment failures. Provides technical support and guidance for improving equipment reliability.
• Partners with supply chain, engineering, construction, and vendors to identify equipment quality performance gaps, testing protocols, and implement corrective actions at suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations Management, or related field OR equivalent experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, process improvement or related experience in electrical system equipment such as LV/MV, PDUs, Transformers, UPS, etc.
• Technical knowledge, ideally with experience in multiple sectors and industries
• Experience with data center operations, EPC, or mission critical equipment
• Experience with manufacturing environments, technical specifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 1+ year(s) internship experience in supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience or
• Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience
• Lean 6 Sigma Greenbelt/Gemba experience.

What you will be doing:

- Responsible for quality assurance work in offline/real-time data warehouses and data engineering, building a quality assurance system.

- Familiarity with common big data technologies such as Yarn, Spark, HDFS, understanding of data ETL processes, good literacy and foundation in mathematical analysis

- Strong initiative, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in testing development/development work, with a preference for experience in big data testing and data engineering service testing.

- 5+ years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, and/or cross-business projects

- Experiences in data platform related product development or big data technologies (such as Hadoop, Clickhouse, Flink etc.)

- Sensitivity to data, excellent logical thinking, analytical skills, business understanding, communication skills, and presentation abilities.

- Solid background in statistics, data mining, and modeling are preferred.
