Responsibilities

The incumbent is responsible for backend information systems related projects, and he/ she is expected to be a part of a dynamic team responsible for the migration and upgrading of our backend information system. Other key areas of work include but is not limited to refining of existing processesas well as the development and deployment of new technology projects driven by the unit. • Work with various stakeholders on system cutover, setup and configuration
• Coordinate with stores and ITD to ensure project is delivered according to implementation timelines

• Drive and manage the smooth transition and upgrade of legacy systems and applications
• Liaise with IT Project Managers to ensure all deliverables are on schedule and escalate critical failure points to management
