Job Description

Technical Support in Sales:

• Assist the sales team by providing technical knowledge during customer meetings and calls.
  Respond to client queries, offering clear explanations of the products and their applications.
• Understand customer requirements and collaborate with the technical team to propose suitable fibre optic solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product features, benefits, and applications.

Documentation & Proposal Creation:

• Help prepare technical documentation, proposals, and presentations for client submissions.
• Assist in creating detailed product information sheets and application guides to support sales efforts.

Market & Product Knowledge Development:

• Stay updated on the latest fibre optic technologies, products, and industry trends
• Gain product-specific knowledge through training, technical resources, and shadowing experienced team members

Client Relationship Support:
