• Champion Our Mission: Embody Sandbar Swimwear's mission to pull 1m KGs of plastic from the ocean and relay our commitment to sustainability to all customers coming into the store.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 years in retail sales preferably some experience in womens/mens/kids wear or the environmental industry is a plus.
• Availability: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Open to working some evenings or weekends if needed. Public holidays paid extra if opted to work.
• Skills: Proficient in customer engagement, basic merchandising, and visual skills.
• Communication: High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
• Autonomy: Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Physical Requirements: Capable of standing/walking for a full shift and lifting a minimum of 5KGs for stock boxes.
• Age and Language: Must be at least 17 years old and good English proficiency.
