Job Description:

• Support the Business Account Management team to drive revenue in all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, customer inquiries, order processing, and post-sales support.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by providing prompt and accurate information, addressing queries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Education & Skills Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Marine Engineering or relevant fields is accepted.
• Experience: Have experience as Sales or Marketing Executive in Electrical or Mechanical based company or shipyard for at least 5 years. Project Management Experience is crucial.
• Industry Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the marine or similar industry including knowledge of similar products, services, market trends, and customer needs is useful.
