Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns
• Good understanding of the products and producing content in line with the brand’s standards

Job Responsibilities:

• Regularly visit client sites (shipyards, ports, etc.) to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering trust.
• Present our vessel repair services, including new capabilities, technologies, and service improvements during client visits.
• Understand client needs and propose solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Serve as the liaison between the company and clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and feedback.
• Organize meetings with clients and stakeholders to explore opportunities for additional services, such as maintenance contracts or upgrades.
• Build strong relationships to support future business growth.
• Develop PR strategies and content tailored to client needs, showcasing the company’s services and expertise.
• Create materials for press releases, case studies, and other communications.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts by sharing updates on successful projects, innovations, and company news.

• Assist with ad hoc tasks related to client relations, PR, and business development as needed.

Job Requirement:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and clients.

• Knowledge of vessel repair services, maritime operations, or a related technical field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites as needed.
