JOB SUMMARY

The role of the Director of Communications is to create and maintain awareness through a favorable public image of Capella Hotel Group and our brands by effectively communicating core messages, programs and accomplishments. The role also leads all efforts to counter negative publicity and handles crisis and emergency communications.

THE ROLE

• Processing of Corporate Action events in an accurate, timely and consistent manner
• Managing internal and external stakeholders on Corporate Action issues
• Handle documented procedures, control guidelines and compliance framework
