Overview of Role:

To promote the Integrated Security Management System (ISMS). Extra Low Voltage System (ELV), Building Management System (BMS) and company’s range of high technology products to new or existing customers in construction industry and local market.

Job Description:

• Responsible in developing customer awareness of company’s Security, ELV System or BMS in local market;
• Follow up and regular visit to key clients/consultants;
• To build good rapport with M&E consultants, contractors and developers;
• To prepare quotations, tender compliances and marketing proposals;
• Demonstrate ability to thrive in a targeted, sales environment.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent;
• 3 to 5 years working experience in related industry;
• Good technical knowledge of Security, ELV or BMS;
• Good rapport with M&E consultants, contractors and developers;
• Good team players;
• Good communication skills and presentation skills;
• Outgoing and pleasant personality.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and propose suitable chiller and related equipment to building owners, consultants and contractors
• Identify business opportunities and develop solutions with existing and new customers
• Achieve sale target. Maximise account penetration and customer retention
• Prepare costing and contract quote
• Lead a team of in-house technicians or subcontractors to fulfil jobs assigned
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors in schedule planning & prepare works related reports
• Ensure all works are being carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
• At least 2 years in Engineering sales, experience in HVAC industry will be a plus.
• Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license is preferred.
• Customer driven with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Candidates with the relevant education qualifications but no prior work experience is welcome to apply
