Job Title: Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies for both our fashion and lifestyle brand (including its cafe) and our wellness body care brand. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Marketing Collaterals:
- Develop and Design: Create engaging marketing materials for both online and offline platforms, including posters, social media graphics, and website content using tools like Canva.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing collaterals align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual and messaging style.
- Menu Design: Design and update menus for the in-house cafe, ensuring they are visually appealing and reflective of the brand’s aesthetic.
2. Digital Marketing:
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Content Creation: Generate compelling and relevant content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.
- Online Store Marketing: Manage and optimize the online store's marketing activities, including product listings, promotions, and seasonal campaigns on our website and e-commerce platforms like Lazada.
3. Event Planning and Execution:
- Brand Events: Plan and execute events such as product launches, pop-up stores, and seasonal promotions for both brands.
- Influencer Collaborations: Identify and collaborate with influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
- Giveaways and Contests: Organize timely giveaways and contests to coincide with new product drops or special occasions to drive engagement and sales.
4. Campaign Management:
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to support brand objectives and drive sales.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
5. Customer Engagement:
- Community Building: Foster a vibrant and engaged community around both brands, responding to customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Customer Loyalty Programs: Develop and manage customer loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
6. Visual Content and Photoshoots:
- Photoshoots: Plan and coordinate photoshoots for the fashion brand, lifestyle products, and the cafe, ensuring high-quality visual content for marketing purposes.
- Creative Direction: Provide creative direction during photoshoots to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with the sales, design, and product development teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals.
- External Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including media, vendors, and event organizers.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the retail, fashion, or beauty industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing software.
- Strong design skills with experience using graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and customers.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
