Roles & Responsibilities

You will work closely with our marketing lead and be deeply involved in the following areas:

• Support building differentiated, value-based messages that connect customer pain points with our solutions.
• Assist in shaping and maintaining our voice in the market, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
• Play a crucial role in creating marketing content that resonates with target audiences at every stage of the buyer’s journey, including blogs, case studies, white papers, and social posts.
• Maintain and update the company website to ensure content is current, accurate, and engaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Network Operations, to gather insights and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Support sales enablement by developing tools, resources, and content to empower the sales team and channel partners.
• Assist in organising and coordinating B2B marketing events and trade shows.
• Help execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies targeted at B2B prospects.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
• Create and adapt basic design materials as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years’ working experience.
• Fresh graduates with a strong foundation and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with the following skills and experiences will be advantageous:Work experience in IT, ICT, or a related industry.
  Basic design skills and proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
  Knowledge and experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, WordPress and HubSpot.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Mandarin, with the capacity to create compelling marketing messages tailored to B2B audiences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing activities such as advertising, promotions, road shows, campaigns, etc
• Oversee and liaise with partners and agencies to ensure all marketing collaterals and activities matches overall brand guidelines
• Liaise with HQ on product marketing and branding directions
• Manage all social media accounts
• Monitor and analyze response rates for advertising and promotion activities
• Prepare the report for Marketing related activities
• Strategize annual marketing plan with the Management
• Liaise with HQ webmasters for local website updates and changes
• Provide support in activities during major trade shows
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing activities such as in-store promotions, branding activities, and trade shows
• Handle all social media with daily posts and effective likes-boosting activities
• Maintain good relationships with vendors on the production of marketing materials and shop display construction
• Creating editorial and oversee creation of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, video, website content, and advertising materials
• Ability in conceptualizing, planning, and executing a successful D&D night that reflects our brand identity and resonates with our business partners will be an added advantage

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or equivalent with a minimum of 1-year relevant experience
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to speak and write in Chinese as the incumbent requires to liaise with the China HQ counterparts/personnel for work or project related matters

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• To lead the implementation of marketing campaigns, including direct, online and offline advertising, sales, consumer communication, and promotional activities.
• Develop go-to-market and live phase product campaigns to build content and engage users.
• Spearheading creative marketing plans and strategies that target a global audience, detailing activities to follow during the fiscal year.
• To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage for the company and its products.
• Working closely with the product team to position and promote products and maximize ROI.
• Effectively manage 3rd party agencies and suppliers, as well as actively engage and work across functions such as sales, development, etc.
• Develop, manage and maintain close relationships with partners, as well as supervising and evaluating partners’ marketing plans and implementation.
• To prepare a monthly report to measure performance and come up with improvements and action points for coming months/ future campaigns.
• Working closely with team members to ensure all campaigns, materials and communications are integrated on platforms.
• Execution of content creation: shooting videos, photography etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Online game / e-commerce platform or App marketing experience.
• Strong digital marketing and eCommerce experience in the China market
• Preferred to communicate fluently and confidently in Mandarin with Chinese clients
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in the field of marketing, business or related field.
• With customer interactive experience would be preferred.
• Experience with customer interactive / training.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Proactive and resourceful and Independent.
