Job Description

• Customer engagement and sales account planning
• Develop Business opportunities and build up network for new accounts
• Visit regional clients mainly in Asia pacific
• Prepare quotation and cost analysis
• Collaborate with production and delivery teams
• Other ad hoc duties

Requirements

• B2B sales experience
• Experience in manufacturing industry
• Japanese (preferable) and English skills to communicate with clients and HQ in Japan
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel alone
• Willing to learn and take new challenges
• Good team player and able to self-driven

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations (stores)
• Regular store visits to review operations
• Prepare promotion mechanic to coordinate promotional activities
• Liaising effectively with the Departmental Store’s buyers
• Manage and supervise team to meet the targeted goals
• Prepare and submit operational reports and statistics in a timely manner to track performance
• Plan to deploy of manpower effectively to ensure adequate staff coverage
• Provide and maintain a good level of staff motivation and discipline
• Conduct interviews to recruit suitable candidates

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experiences.
• Able to support OT during events (3-4 times a year).
