Responsibilities:
• To gather market information (such as market trends, competitors’ information) and issues of the customers.
• To make action plan proactively with strategy based on the information gathered.
• To propose our products and our solutions effectively to solve anticipated issues of our customers based on the information gathered.
• To take countermeasures proactively if there are any gaps between sales progress and the budget.
• To make sales forecasts and capture sales progress on a timely basis.
• To ensure prompt payment collections.
• To place orders of our items to suppliers based on monthly inventory control.
• To carry out Q&A procedure when registration of new product and/or revision of product are required.
• Requirements:
• Minimum Degree in Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ experience in marketing role with at least 1 year of mentorship experience
• Experience in retail, F&B or omnichannel or direct-to-consumer brand environment
• Familiar and fluent with marketing tools including Google Analytics, Email automation, CRM
• A good team player but works independently when required
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Sensitive to numbers, trends, revenue, with a strong analytical mind and a desire to constantly deliver better results
• Meticulous in work and able to prioritize responsibilities
• Equipped with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Preferred with Class 3 Driving License
