The Marketing Executive is responsible for creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to support the Distributors and the company in achieving business goals

Duties and Responsibilities

Essential

• Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.
• Develop proposals for promotions, contests, and programs, supporting them with insights and financial analysis, to achieve KPIs.
• Manage diverse areas of communication and editorial calendars and coordinate with the various departments.
• Produce high-quality content by collaborating with product or area experts.
• Localize and lead regional and global collaterals—both digitally and in print—including simple graphic designs and video editing.
• Maintain all communication channels’ contents—intranet, email, website, social media
• Create and maintain sales tools to achieve business goals.
• Sourcing and maintaining the sales of existing/new logo merchandise.
• Prepare PowerPoint for presentations and reports for management.
• General admin duties and ad hoc projects
• Support all the sales and marketing events or activities in Singapore or overseas.
• Demonstrate the ability to implement feedback from superiors or teammates.
• Demonstrate understanding of project timeline and ability to collaborate across departments.

Additional

• Work closely with internal teams and external parties to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Travel domestically and internationally on weekends and nights for USANA events, as required by business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements

• Must possess a Diploma /Degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• Minimum two years of related experience
• Must be able to use Illustrator, Photoshop, Canvas or Capcut.
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Responsible, proactive and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated problem-solver with good time management and multi-tasking abilities to support various projects and brand needs.
• Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus.
• Experience in performing video shooting & editing in different social media, is an advantage.
• Effectively and efficiently perform all essential job duties and responsibilities with or without direct supervisor and without posing a direct safety threat to others or self.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Management

• Devise sales plan and work closely to coach Centre Managers in achieving their respective sales goals and targets set in meeting the Country’s financial goals.

• Participates in Bi-monthly office AS management meeting to align on performance expectation for each outlet, estimated sales landing, tracking of KPIs (couch occupancy, number of transaction, average transaction value, appointment booking, treatment rendering, staff productivity and etc) and also align with all essential marketing mechanics, operational/logistics

support and education requirement and plan..

• Conducts forecasting of inventory and commitment of target by respective CMs to inculcate ownership mindset and ensure optimum inventory level in supporting sales delivery.

• Monitors sales conversion ie. new consultation, conversion rate and no. of new customer sign up

People Development

• Conducts Manpower planning, allocation and time scheduling to optimize resources & productivity.

• Coaches ground staff with suitable and effective sales ammunitions ie sales kit, consultation skills, role play, sales scripting, telemarketing, induction and on-the-job training to guide and strengthen sales skills of the ground staff instead of being overly dependable on promotion and hard selling approach

Center Operations & Others

• Conducts random checking in ensuring center staff follow the approved SOP on the part of stock management.

• Support marketing team in sales events/road show/seminar/launch activities

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field

• Minimum high school qualification and EWI/MLVK/ITEC/CIBTEC certified is an added advantage

• At least 8 years’ experience proven sales record in retail operations and preferably has experience in Salon Management;

• Those with working knowledge in SAP will have an added advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
