Key Performance Indicators:

• Timely and proactive respond to request from China BD team on room availability
• Accurate data input and churn out for reports requested by Assistant Manager, Sales & Reservations

2. Assist the team in writing manuscripts, recording and editing videos and editing pictures. Conceptualise, design and provide copywriting for marketing collaterals.

Job Responsibilities:

-Administration of client contracts and contract pricing in collaboration with the project team

-Ensuring contract obligations are acted upon in a timely manner in collaboration with the legal team

-Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders

-Through the project manager, acting as the central contact for internal and external stakeholders for tender queries and contract issues

-As the contracts and tender’s co-ordinator, you will be measured on your ability to accurately coordinate timely tenders, client contracts and contract pricing

-Preliminary analysis of tender packages and co-coordinating contract negotiation processes
