Asset and Leasing Manager

You will report to Director, Real Estate Asset Management and supervise a team in managing a cluster of local and possibly regional assets. This will include developing strategies for revenue optimisation, budget preparation and management, ongoing financial stewardship and reporting relating to arrears collection whilst monitoring property management. • Effective and accurate management of public health cleaning contracts and ensuring all payments are in compliance with the Division’s policies and guidelines, including maintaining proper records of billing and invoices from the agencies and service providers
