Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to achieve and exceed sales targets for your designated region. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, building relationships with key clients, and ensuring the team is equipped with the tools and training necessary to succeed.
Sales Strategy Development and Execution
· Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to achieve company targets and grow our revenue.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
· Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and to stay ahead of competitors.
· Lead sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
· Collaborate with the product development & product delivery team to align product offerings with customer needs.
· Create and monitor sales KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), adjusting strategies as necessary to meet goals.
Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
· Serve as the primary contact for key customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing concerns and issues promptly.
· Conduct regular business reviews to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our solutions.
· Seek customer feedback to improve product offerings and enhance customer experience.
Sales Performance Monitoring
· Track, report, and present on regional sales metrics and performance to Senior Sales Leadership team.
· Analyse sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions/adjust strategies to address performance gaps.
· Utilize CRM (Customer Relations Management) systems and sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Business Development
· Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the region.
· Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential customers.

ESSENTIAL
Proven Sales Experience
· Extensive experience (5+ years) in sales, preferably within the aviation industry or a related field.
· Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strategic Sales Planning
· Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
· Ability to create and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
Client Relationship Management
· Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
· Proven track record of customer retention and satisfaction.
Budget Management
· Experience in managing sales budgets and controlling expenses.
· Ability to forecast and report on sales performance and financial metrics.
Sales Negotiation & Closing
· Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing large and complex deals.
· Ability to manage contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Experience working closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, product delivery, and customer service.
· Ability to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
