Campaign Management and Execution (50%)

• Acknowledge and execute the delegated tasks from Account Managers and Performance Managers in a timely manner
• Proactively schedule and perform recurring optimizations including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, reporting, etc.

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

In this role, you will be responsible for hosting live streaming events across various platforms sharing health, wellness and lifestyle tips, developing engaging content across our social media & e-market platforms to enhance our brand’s online presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, graphics, etc.) for various e-marketplaces and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Xiao Hong Shu and TikTok etc.
• Plan, coordinate, execute and host daily live streaming on Shopee, Tiktok, META and other platforms as assigned.
• Preferably able to provide health talks for offline events, or record videos related to health talks for social media, if any.
• Conduct product training
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with the audience in a timely and authentic manner to build a strong community and enhance brand loyalty.
• Track, analyze, and report on content performance and live streaming metrics to continuously optimize and improve strategies.
• Account / Client Relationship Management to strengthen relationship with clients through periodic business reviews and activity updates.
• Manage a pool of part-time or ad-hoc content creators and live streamers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in publishing social media content online and hosting live streaming.
• Preferably with Nutritionist/Dietitian background.
• Strong proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Live, Instagram Live, YouTube Live).
• Excellent visual storytelling skills & on-camera presence with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Proficiency in video editing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full time position and work schedule will be from Mondays to Saturdays (6 days work week) based on hybrid work arrangement.

- Operational Oversight

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the custody services, ensuring efficient and secure management of digital assets.
• Implement and maintain robust operational processes, including transaction monitoring, asset segregation, and reconciliation.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
• Coordinate with the technology team to ensure the reliability and scalability of custody systems and infrastructure.

- Risk Management

• Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with digital asset custody.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, scenario analysis, and stress testing to evaluate the impact of potential adverse events.
• Monitor and analyze emerging risks in the cryptocurrency market, including regulatory changes, technological advancements, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including  clients, regulators, and auditors.
• Prepare and present reports on risk and operational performance to senior management and the board of directors.

• develop and implement the annual brand activities and promotion strategy for retail and distribution channels, ensuring the smooth and precise execution of the marketing plan.
• analyse marketing activities and promotions by evaluating sales reports and key metrics, optimising campaigns for effectiveness, and generating comprehensive post-activity reports for stakeholders to maxismise ROI.
• take ownership of promotion analysis reports to track efficiency and conduct ROI/cost analysis, ensuring optimal outcomes for market investments
• present and secure cost-effective marketing assets from vendors across all stores and upload promotion briefings to the internal portal and ensure the seamless execution of promotions in-store.
• foster and maintain strong partnerships with vendors to continuously access new opportunities and secure the best investment and promotional support, enhancing business efficiency and profitability.
• possess knowledge of the digital landscape to leverage online opportunities and integrate digital strategies to secure investment.

What you should bring along

• a Degree in Business, Marketing or any related discipline with a practical experience of at least three years in a Marketing function within the Retail or FMCG industry
• proficiency in using SAP system and Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Visio and Teams.
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with sound financial and strong analytical skills combined with sound business acumen.
• a pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task and the flexibility to handle changing requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
