Sales Executive Jobscopes:

Responsibilities:

· Sell our products and/or services to local, B2C & overseas clients

· Ensure proper documentation and packaging for overseas shipment

· Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

· Handle customer feedback & complaints

· Maintain records of all sales leads, activity, order history and pricing

· Submitting monthly forecasting report to purchaser

· Generate sales report for submission to management

· Sales coordination including assisting sales team to arrange customers appointment, handling urgent calls, sales emails and messages when sales representatives are unavailable.

· Handling orders by phone, email, SMS or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, MOQ.

· Inputting orders to company’s system, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

· Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Preferred knowing in Japan culture, speaking and writing in Japanese will be advantage

Main Duties & Job Scope

Daily Main

Responsible for ensuring e-commerce platform is generating response and sales target

Liaise with partnered platforms to (new/promotional) products and sell through

Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing

seamless customer experience online

Day to day management of e- commerce clients and members

stay up to date with market, consumers and competitors

collect and connect working knowledge on the e-retailers

supports merchandising team on promotional activities and campaigns (Instore/Online)

Shop window plan and concepts

handle artwork and design of in-house marketing collaterals

liaise with printer and suppliers on project delivery

Submission of artworks for approval - even for marketing materials

Need to handle graphic design for product development

Assist to response customers enquiries on FB and IG and online (tiktok)

Liaise with influencers
