As a Regional Submarine Power Sales Manager, you are responsible for ensuring Sales of Cable Systems Projects in assigned area. You will need to manage strategic accounts, developing and opening new accounts, development of project sales concepts and implementation of sales strategy, presentation of solutions and value proposition, contract negotiation, subcontractor relationships. You will lead multi-disciplined teams throughout the tendering, negotiation and contract closing phases. Website Management
Work with Japan HQ to plan, execute new enhancements and maintenance for regional website.
Generate data driven insights using GA for customer journey and plan
Undertake SEO initiatives together with team members to improve google ranking for selected keywords
Work with agency to analyze maintenance & system bottlenecks and propose improvements for system requirement or automation of workflows to Japan HQ to reduce the maintenance workload and improve page speed.

Loyalty marketing
Work with regional sales offices to build on loyalty programs using data, business insights, system capability and customer feedback to drive more traffic, sales conversion, early engagement and stronger/longer affinity
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to initiate, co-develop and optimize Loyalty and Marketing system as well as engagement (targeting & retargeting) journeys.

Media planning
